Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups vodka or brandy, for a sweeter flavor
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 – 2 inch piece fresh ginger peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise pods
  • Peel of 1 orange use a vegetable peeler for large strips
