- 1 Set of drinking glasses
- 1 Tray ice cubes
Ingredients
Base Tea & Liquid
- 8 cup water filtered Use fresh, clean water.
- 6–8 bags black tea or green tea Use fewer bags for a lighter brew.
Summer Fruit & Citrus
- 1 medium lemon sliced into rounds, seeds removed
- 1 medium orange sliced into rounds, seeds removed
- 1 medium peach sliced; nectarine may be substituted
- ½ cup fresh strawberries sliced or mixed berries
Herbs & Sweetener
- 4 sprig fresh mint
- 2 sprig fresh basil Adds herbal blessing and complexity.)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Jar and Ingredients
- Thoroughly wash your glass jar with hot, soapy water and rinse well.
- Rinse all fruit and herbs. Slice the lemon, orange, peach, and strawberries; remove seeds as needed.
- Place the sliced fruit and fresh herb sprigs into the bottom of the jar.
Step 2: Add the Tea and Set Your Intention
- Add the tea bags to the jar, tucking them among the fruit and herbs.
- Pour in the 8 cups of fresh water, leaving a bit of space at the top.
- Stir gently with a wooden spoon, moving clockwise as you focus on your intention for joy, clarity, and solar vitality.
- If you are performing the spell, speak your chosen words over the jar at this point.
Step 3: Steep in Sunlight
- Seal the jar with its lid.
- Place the jar in direct sunlight—on a balcony, porch, or sunny windowsill.

- Turn the jar once or twice so all the contents have a chance to bask in the light.
- Avoid steeping excessively long; more time does not necessarily improve flavor or safety.
